2. Legal entity disclosure
The repository's legal-readiness record shows that incorporation and final company particulars are still outstanding. OcuDock therefore does not publish or imply a legal suffix, registration number, director list, registered address or VAT status that has not been verified.
Before the website offers services through an electronic transaction, this page must be updated with the supplier disclosures required by section 43 of South Africa's Electronic Communications and Transactions Act, where applicable, including:
- the full legal name, legal status and company registration number;
- place of registration and the names of office bearers;
- physical address, telephone number and address for service of legal documents;
- website and email details;
- relevant memberships, accreditations and subscribed codes of conduct;
- complete service, pricing, payment, duration, renewal, cancellation, refund and dispute terms; and
- applicable security and privacy procedures.
3. Commercial engagement
A demo request is non-binding. Any pilot or production use requires a written agreement identifying the contracting legal entity and covering scope, fees, service levels, confidentiality, data processing, security, intellectual property, liability, termination and governing law. Customer operational data should not be submitted before those terms are in place.
4. Product scope
OcuDock coordinates delivery appointments, warehouse capacity, arrivals, receiving and operational exceptions. It complements the customer's ERP and does not become the system of record for purchase orders, inventory, accounting, product masters or financial transactions.
