1. What cookies are
Cookies are small text files stored by a browser. Similar technologies, such as local storage, can remember settings or support a secure session. In this notice, “cookies” includes these comparable browser-storage technologies where relevant.
2. Technologies OcuDock uses
- Strictly necessary: authentication, session integrity, security and routing needed to provide the sign-in and platform experience.
- Preferences: interface choices such as theme, display direction or whether a navigation panel is open.
- Local development tools: development environments may use additional framework tooling that is not part of the production website.
OcuDock does not currently use advertising cookies on the public landing page. If optional analytics, advertising or other non-essential technologies are introduced, this notice and any required consent controls will be updated before they are used.
3. How long they last
Some cookies expire when the browser closes; others remain for a limited period so a preference or secure session can be recognised. Authentication data is retained only for the session period configured for the platform. Browser preferences remain until they expire or are cleared by the user.
4. Managing browser storage
You can inspect, block or delete cookies and site data in your browser settings. Blocking strictly necessary cookies may prevent sign-in or other platform features from working. Preference storage can generally be cleared without affecting your account records.
5. Personal information and contact
Cookie data may include identifiers, IP address, browser information and session or preference values. The privacy notice explains the purposes, safeguards and rights that apply. Questions may be sent to hello@ocudock.app.
